BMW E46 fault

I have problem ,i buy a car and in ecu are 5696 fault testing with bosch kts , eeprom checksum fault , i try find explenation in google, but i can't
find maybe some one can explane me problem ? or solution ?

id imagine someone has changed the kms and there is a matching issue
