A few days back I had no tv channels at all I rang my service provider and they said everything was fine on there end and I was connected. I was only receiving sky sports news HD and sky F1 HD and a few other sky channels. Last night I adjusted the lnb and everything was fine however I'm watching the play off final on sky sports 1 and the sound and picture is fine it's not freezing or anything but it's slightly in slow motion like the ball is moving really slow. It's not really noticeable on any other channel but it's only notice bale when someone is running.

Is this an alignment problem and would it cost much for someone to come out and realign the dish?

Try changing your video resolution to 1080i - 50
mine used to be like that until I changed

Got it sorted by changing the resolution to 720p.

I'm planning on taking my skybox f5 up to my parents next weekend to watch the Froch Groves fight. They have a sky dish and internet connection. Would there be any problems?
