W211 270cdi SCN coding

Hi guys need help if possible.
I wrote virgin dump (95160 Vin inside) and personalized with Star,
but ecu( 0281011013 A6471530379)can't activated because no
variant coding(SCN). The car don't start.
Can you help me.

If you have original eeprom file write back. with star read coding. write virgin file in eeprom and transfer coding with star.

The attached file is original. I've tried this procedure, but unfortunately Star doesn't support automatically transfer-only manual or online for this kind of ECU. So I need full SCN
