Seat IBIZA 2.0 Petrol IMMO OFF

HI all
I have a seat ibiza file wich i want to make it without immo
Car is Seat ibiza 2.0 PETROL ECU siemens 5wp4 304
Inside ecu is only flash 27f256 .
Atached is file that i read from 27f256 if anyone can help me with off file i will appruciate
