Toyota hiace 1999 mileage

Hi Guys
car as above for mileage calibration.
took dash apart and, took out the little pcb with mileage display. photos attached.
on the pcb i have small memory and written on it s130 next line dd92 next line 6258
there is also big chip kind of hc705x32 like for early a-class immo.
any help where is the mileage and if its in small memory as what do i read it?

S130 = 93c46, S220=93c56, S330=93c66 16bit ..

read as atmel and st and files attached - both the same.
the current mileage is very close to the one in the memory but no so so
current one is 174 655 (i assume its 0E 37). i would expect all lines from 00 to 50 to be the same 36 0E or 35 0E but they cahnge half way through the eep.
i need 165 000. can you help/advise at all please?

put 6D 0D from 00 to 5F for 165000km

i may be wrong but shouldnt it be 6E 0D ??
