As I know it is possible to make immo off by eprom dump in ECU with 1 plug.
If yes please make this for me, I don't want to read the flash on table....

Not work, mechanic state he checked everything, fuel and all other must be good. Car start for 1-2 sec and stop. I will go there and desolder eprom. If car starts there is dump problem, if not there is something other.
But I think citroens don't starts even for 1-2 sec when immo problem, just cranking....

you can read the flash with OBD MPPS, you can also start eliminating 95p08
