Opel insignia 2013

Had a look at 2 opel ingnias last week both on 63 plate with new shape cluster 1 went diag the other came back with no connection so took the body controller out it had a 24c16 on it so took it off board and read with three different machines none gave right miles so looked at dump attached but it is different from earlier models and doesnt look right but is same dump read with three different machines can anyone have a look thanks showing 14019 mls needs 9600 mls

I know but got same read on 3 machines smelecom datasmart,codiprog and digiprog all off the board and car starts weird

clean legs from eprom and read again
had one 2014 without any problem

It sounds like your equipment, not your tools but more like your cables, power supply etc. Do you have a good test eeprom (24c16) to try loading a known correct dump into? Is your power supply giving 12 volts and sufficient current? Is your power lead ok? Is your zif socket/cable and soic clip ok? The plain fact is the dump you posted is no good for anything and as you say it reads the same on three different tools, so it points to something wrong with the rest of your gear. Arthur.

that's why you can not read the exact miles

Tried with dp3 elprosys today obd went straight away stil none the wiser about bcu though
