I bought a seat leon 56 plate that requires a drivers airbag, bought an airbag through ebay and was advised all seat leons are bags for pre facelift will work. After I removed my damaged airbag I notice the damaged airbag has two wire connectors whereas the replacement only has one? The main wire is the same but what to do with one less wire connector? Someone please advise me.

You can set your Air Bags. Using one-quarter of the two plugs. In the second to insert a resistor. But it is not good. Need to install the original did.

I figured out the wire that is missing from the airbag should go into the multifunctional control unit. What will happen if I leave that out?

Airbag system will not work. On the instrument panel will light bulb "Airbag fault".
