Can anybody recommend which can blocker is good to use in this cars dash. I know blocker isn't a good solution but customer want to change value on dash only

Hi, Fit can filter in eis switch on 172 not in dash it will make a far better job !

What about the can communicator which goes between wiring to eis?

I personally would never use one they are to obvious and anyone at the dealer could find it without even trying !

The best and only way this car should be done just now is fit an elprosys or enigma can filter inside the eis and change km in cluster 95640 I'm sure and then clear all memories with mb star Xentry and bingo your good to go and all reading with diagnostic will read perfect as to what is on the cluster!:top:

Heard they are on a bonus for every blocker they find though so if they see scuff scratch marks on case of eis then maybe they investigate further.

there's a copy if a abm from mercedes to all branches educating and advising in what to look for and where , inc pictures if the various versions, I'll upload it tomorrow

I explained risk to customer he said ok so it is his problem. It's out of warranty I think now. He trading it in at a landrover dealership lol
