MODULE NUMBER 3891054G31, SIEMENS 5WK43036, NEED HEL HOW TO READ THIS MODULE, CONNECTIONS TANKS I THINK IS HC11K20 MASK E82K, need intrucction how to read and be able to clear crash data , thanks

Connections:
Pin 1 - Vss
Pin 2 - MODB - lift up, if it is shorted to Vdd
Pin 17 - Reset
Pin 20 - RXD
Pin 21 - TXD
Pin 26 - Vdd
