Can this dash be done by eeprom or must it be done from back of dash?

I don't seem to have moto meter plug I have a cable 21 but it's got wires coming out no plug

Anybody have pinout for TU cable 21 in more interested on the 4 pin plug which plugs I to back as on back of dash there is a notch too thanks

It should have pogo pins on it im sure you can see the pin out on the PDF for TU.
