transit mk6 2.0 tuning help not a request as i want to learn!

i have a transit file

HW Tdi 29F200
PUPIAM3.HEX*1C1ALG *

how do i know whats the hw and sw numbers as i have loaded the file into winols and it has not really helped

file was read with an fg tech master

whats the best software to use to edit it? i have winols demo but even that does not identify any maps at all so could someone show me some other more ford specific software?

i have tunerpro but struggling with it slightly
