Toyota carina /corolla key in probleam

hey ,members l have toyota corolla// carina ecu denso 89661-1E540 engine 1zz-fe .it lost all key .l try to read ecu file from eeprom L 56 and load on tmpro it not recognise file .please some can help to check out which type of key it take?. this file from ecu one 16 bit other 8 bit .thanks on advance
