skybox all sky channels are saying scrambled?

as with the title of the thread all the sky channels are saying there scrambled only bbc1,2 itv and channel 4 working tried reloading sattvs latest update from the 7th of june and still the same!!! can anyone help?

Unfortunately the forum rules make it very difficult to help in these matters, only advice I can give is check your internet connection to your box if that's OK then contact your provider as it might be a problem at his end or he's scammed you.
