2014 subaru rx immo key programming

hi all i have a 2014 subaru rx customer lost key took the car to dealer they cut 3 new keys replaced the bci module and car still dont start dealer said need to replace new cluster anyone come across this before i have a subaru diagnostic scanner and i have abritus and carprog i read the dash dump of the cluster with carprog and read the new key info from key with abritus anyone know what location is the key info so i can write manually or maybe a virgin cluster dump i can load to cluster and program with a dealer scanner any help will be great thank you

If car use smart key, you need reset ID ECU and Smart ECU.
