Citroen Xsara Picasso 2002 year not working Horn and Washer Windscreen

Hi,
I have no idea what is broken. Horn and Washer works when I put power on by plug in BSM but not working in car. BSI shows that I put horn switch and washer but no working. When I go to "test actuators" all components in car works only washer and horn not. I put another BSM and check wiring over left fender and the same problem. Can you give me wiring diagram or workshop manual? Are there BSI problem?

as meathead says right heap of ishit,probably all in one wiper/lights/indicator unit,i had to replace one on a diesel pug no washer or horn failure on nct.

so ..IF I understand you corectly..in BSI you can see when you actuated switch for horn and switch for washer ?...so right question will be ..wich modul send power to horn ? bsi or bsm...I am prety sure BSM on this car ..but its french nothing is sure..do you check in AD or similar sw for schematic...somewhere I have BSM internal schematic...try in test actuator listen do you hear relay click inside bsm? or bsi..this relays are small tyco unit and often burned.....be sure that youre BSI actualy see when you pres switch for horn...or washer ??

Change the stalk, it is a very commum problem;;;

comm 2000 module under steering wheel may be your fault

Sounds like horn duff and wiper list earth on motor , but not fully understanding what your saying as your inglish not very good.

press horn click under hood? Same with wipers, click on 2 not 1 melted relay, goes in/out

so you CAN see that swithes on Comm are fine..yust because in BSI you can look in parameters..then only trouble should be inside BSM or LINK from BSI to BSM..do you find any schematic ..sometimes they are confusing on french car..

I don't have schematic. I change BSM for another one. Meat-head I have problem with yours English :). Yours post are complicated for me. Horn and wischer motor are good! I check wiring from BSM to BSI over left wheel! I change BSM! LEXIA shows when I put horn or wisher switch on steering wheel! Finally not works horn and wisher motor. Wiring from horn and wisher motor goes to the same plug in BSM.
