You are really dreaming asking for immo off for this car.To save your time, If you have a transponder key reader, i recommend you read the TIRIS DATA from a 4C transponder, post it here and it will be added to your dump ready start your car.

You Must have Reader to Read Key data Then Possible to Add key Inside Your dump File btw you Already try with virgin file even we add key Inside File there is No
Possibility to start The Car . when you have Apply Virgin File , you Need At list 2-3 keys to make Program key that is Correct Way .

can you tell me when you Disconnect Your Ecu Security Light Stop Flashing ? If Stop flashing then read fault Code Post here need to check Or check Your Transponder key may be not Good

You Must Confirm Your Transponder Chip is iD 4c , When you Use Virgin File You have to Follow Security Light , Fast Write Virgin File to 25040 then Fix The Ecu with Car
Then Check Security Light Blink Or Standby Or Off Post Result

I got the same problem. Keys lost, order 2 new keys by Toyota but the stupid seller forgot to ask me if I have a spare key. I paid to pick up the Yaris from home to Toyota and once it was there they told me it can't be done without original working key, you have to change all the system! Now the car is back home, I open the ECU and did a dump on bin using my GQ. So if somebody could help or use my dump, here you got it.
