hi, I'm a newbie on here and trying to find a solution to problem I have. I downloaded n op-com software here which seems all activated, but it not seeing cable when connected to laptop or car. device manager says usb driver installed and up to date, but I just cant get software to see the cable when connected. have tried everything that I can think of. can anyone shed some light on my problem. many thanks in advance
