2003 c180 kompressor w203 no ignition 209 545 05 08

i have a 2003 w203 C180 Kompressor coupe and the key doesnt turn. no ignition.
ezs is 2095050508 Q7 with 3K91D processor on it.

History:
1. changed km in dash from 380,535km to 188,000km
2. changed ezs to 188,000km. put it back together.no start.tried with zero km, still nothing.
3. looked at the board and i seen zener diode y12 looks burnt.
4. changed y12 zener diode with WT2 zener (think it is ok) still key not turn but dash have many errors light up.
5. i tried putting in new flash from ak500 -eis recovery flash. still key doesnt turn, dash lights up with errors.
6. i have returned original eeprom with 380,545km, still doesnt start or key turn.

can someone please help me repair my files or let me know how i can start this car again.

i think my dumps are corrupted.

100% you need good flash, I have many troubles with EZS xxx xxx 05 08 and xxx xxx 06 08... or maybe replace EZS...

also i have another ezs 209 545 09 08 with 1L85D processor.

can i program flash and eeprom in that and get the car started ?

Thanks for trying Mercis. but that flash is exactly the same as my ak500 recovery flash i posted. and i already tried that.

so 209 545 05 08 has to be the same number ? also i was reading threads here does the Q7 mean anything?

Need release mechanical lock ezs to connect diagnostics tool.

Your replacement part is not correct WT2 is 2.7V Zener, Y12 is 3.3V Zener.

Hi, i know i have to re write nec chip in key from generated key info from ezs.
question. do i need to re write any info back into ezs,esl and ecu ? for this to all work ?

dont need esl and ecu writte,make key and start

Your car will not start,MCU is not getting 3.3V,it is getting 2.7V,wrong Zener diode.Change Zener,flash is not the problem.You can also use regular Zener diode,just connect on pin position 1 and 3,2 is unused.
