are there any conflicts showing in your device manager?

Just had a look at their website. not exactly helpful if you are out of warranty. Premium rate helpline. Not very good customer support.

You could just download everest home edition, from there find out what your actual soundcard hardware is and then google a driver for that. Shouldnt be too hard.
The iqon site is pretty rubbish, they did try to put in a link for drivers, but the web developer must have over looked putting in a link
check what i mean here.

bottom line is meant to be the drivers link, so i'd imagine they are up there........somewhere!

the best source to get the drivers is from the manufactures Product support site..

sound and graphics drivers need to be installed through a .exe file.. searching through xp wont resolve..

I use Driver magician to find new drivers, just click on live update and it scans the web and downloads them for you.

I use Drivermax to check what components are in the computer. My laptop did not work with vista until I ran Drivermax.
