Strange algorithm Xsara Picasso 2003 - help needed

I have huuuge problem with kilometers in the Xsara Picasso, 2003.
BSI Valeo - NEC 78F0949
Dash VDO - 93C66

Properly back to zero BSI (NECprog).

I typed the 93c66 mileage 198000km:

and I have on the display: 1409km (!!!)

So I used another program and typed mileage 198409km:

and I have on the display: 1792km (!!!)

I need help in calc of those kilometers.
I raise up counter, so I do not think I would have already reset the BSI. Probably enough to do more value in the board. Am I right?

Please help with the change km in 93C66.

If I understand correctly, 1792km file is a mod of yours.

upload the original file and correct original mileage

The display was about 750000 km.
Apparently it happened when connected another dash. Once again connected the correct dash appears on the display such a large value of km.

750000 is a bit too vague.
Can you write original eeprom, take note of exact kms on screen. Then drive a few kms (2-4) and read again?

Car user say to me:
"I connect in car another dashboard. Only for test. After this again connect in car original dashboard.
After this operation mileage on original dash changed from 198000km to about 750000km.
It was about two month ago. Car normal work and drive with this mileage about two months".

Yesterday car drive to me to rapair this error.
I reset BSI and modifing eeprom in dashboard. I do not noted exactly mileage from display.
Now i have original file from BSI and from Dash (Dash in post 4 this thread).

You mean write now again original value to dash? Please have mercy:) If again write this big value, my BSI it needs reset again.

But if it is necessary to do this record. I have to do?

Problem is that the 1792km file shows 1792kms but is mostlikely in bad format.

But if you want to try first, write 1792km file, drive a few kms and note exact km reads.

I have had this on Picasso before can be bad data in dash either new dataset or used cluster will solve it

I had the Same thing once, so i programmed both to zero, put all back in Car.
The i drive a while and make new milleage in dash with TU.
And all ok.

I really want to help but the dump is just 00 in the mileage now. :D
It seems that dashboard is showing you bsi kms, but not syncing/storing on dashboard.

You said you tried 2 softwares before, did you try tachosoft 23.1? The mileage positions are right on this one, at least.

When you connect your dash, are you disconnect BSI? First you need to connect BSI then dash, Try to make 0km in BSI if you are not already do that.

you can try these...write how many km on dash....write the eeprom from bsi all ffffffffffffffff....reprogramm all bsi and keys with diagbox psa-lexia,bsi must take the km from dash....need to know pincode

YEAH!! AT LONG LAST!!!
I renew all three resistor ladder (200ohm) at the NEC procesor, and I made like @honingkoning writing in post nr 11:
BSI and DASH to 0km. Driving 13km and after this put to dash 198000km (calc in Tachosoft 23.1 and swap).

Now Dashboard display correct km.
