Ford F150 Speedometer problem... will only power on when gradually increase power.

I found that I have to give it exactly 8.5V to power on... anymore it wont power and any less and it just gives the ABS light and nothing else... but when I feed it 8.5v the whole dash comes on as it should and shows ------- as the mileage which is normal.

Any ideas what it can be?

I had this problem after programming the dashboard with ENIGMA... this is the second one that its done this on.

Tried calling enigma costumer support?

If this happened to you already twice, they must be aware of this.
