I am replacing a fancy 2009 dash to 2011 car and when I fitted the new dash it shoes the mileage but the car will not start, I thought by changing eeprom I may able to start the car and get the original mileage, in order to programme new dash I need the pin code, unless there is another solution please help.

Adapting this cluster with pin is impossible they have changed this since 2004 onwards it was possible in old clocks not any longer, you cant just change eeprom over in these clocks cause security in embedded far beyond the serial eeprom in the flash , so best bet get abritus avdi cheers good luck

If you have xprogM this will be a easy task ;)
Just read and poste here eeprom+Micronas from both dash.

You just need to read micronas and eeprom, so China xprogM will work.

This picture shows not the correct connection in Audi Micronas, it is for Volkswagen/Seat Micronas clusters. In Audis CDC3217 you do not have to disconnect PINs from PCB.

And it is working also with good clone.
