Yea they slow alright...for ever question I ask...it takes them one or two days to respond to one e-mail per day...this is freaking snail slow..

I actually find them pretty quick, I deal with vicki & she answers me within 24 hours & stuff is sent within days, 5 days from china to australia too, but no PP, only WU

So far I order it like 2 days go and no respond back after 2 days of ordering..nothing at all...no update status, no tracking info...not one damn thing.

So programmer finally arrive today...Any one got the wiring diagram or use this before for the honda? I hooked up all wires and even power to module and it says device not found??? I notice they have ground going to module but no power wire on board...normal? what am i missing?

used all the wire they said to use, tck,tdi,tms,tdo,gnd,reset solder to board and when to read...says device not found.So problem is, cant read...and they so freaking slowwwww on support smh

BTW update I sent the programmer back, they tried to help before but nothing worked..I think I got a crappy one to begin with cause it had license issue before. and now no answer from them after a month..Still waiting on that refund smh..
Highly recommend not buying from them at all. Crappy service..Actually I am not getting any service atm so forget crappy service...No service at all, is more like it.

Last update...Took them a while but after I sent it back..they looked it as and said a resistor or burnt or something...cant recall clearly but they sent it back and it works just like it suppose to with no problem..
So the outcome...slow service but they tool works and its cheaper than other tools that does the spc560 mpu...so cant really complain.

Have already 3 items from them: Fordometer, Macaca and Full Reneprog. Quick delivery (about 7-10 days to USA). Good working tools. But to use some of them you need to have some knowledge and refer to datasheets. They have response by e-mail about 2-3 days, don't be surprised. WU is OK, you can trust them - there are no other ways to send money to Ukraine so far. Their tools are good and not DOA unless you burn it yourself.
In addition, their tools do NOT need Internet connection, as Carprolool, so you are more safe and independent.
So, I recommend them not for beginners.
