The airbag has picked up another vin but won't then pick up the correct vin.

I have try with another dash and problem go away. But I have to fix this dash or looking for other to buy.

Really can you copy the no crypto part of the dump into that one via EEPROM

First you need to verify if VIN of car is correct on dash or if missing numbers.
Second you need to confirm vin on airbag ecu channel 80 0r 81 do not remember. Check if same of car if not let me know will help you how to update.

According with answer will help you usualy you will not need to replace it.
