Easy 2 holes on the back of the dash put some pin/ screw driver in it and pul dash up.

Trust me, thats the only way, it might be tight but just wiggel a bit.

Squirt UB40 down it, then wipe off when you get them out.

keep them straight or like bob marly, found out they start jamming
