AK500 + interface not open

hey members .l brought ak 500+ from cardiag .they givewith cd .and all adapter .l load on my pic and conect usb put power on .but if i try to open interface picture dim not available it only show upa firm upadate .and l cant found this file OE9C108D-Update.bin some read id it available some time mcu error.. please members l need help like we know clone tools no supporter . this picture from pc screen . thanks on advance.

As i understand you don't have communication between soft and ak500 hardware , isn'it?
If is that check your com port setting.

You need to install-CP210x_VCP-
