It is made by ST and the package is SO20

It was a agri machine control module, to be honest never saw machine so don't know exactly what it was. Guy dropped off module said it was dead. Had lots of corrosion inside cleaned it up but one of the smart high side switches wasn't working working so traced fault back to above component. Sourced parts from Radionics approx 1.50 euro
