Hello, I have the pin out but I can not match this board with any of the pictures I have in order to find to the boot pin can someone help me please. I have tried searching the board.

First. Nobody can give any hints without hi-res picture.
Second. TC1767 can request connect up to 4 points on the board to put CPU in boot mode.
Third. This points can be locating on the backside of the board. In this case hi-res picture may be useless.
Take any picture scanner and make а "scan" of the board - this will be best resolution "photo" you can make.
