mercedes Vaneo 1.6 petrol ecu VDO MSM 2 with 29f400 imobilizer 5wk4 736

I have Vaneo 1.6 petrol with lost imobilizer data in 68hc05 1D69j .
I need pared immo/ecu data 29f400 and eeprom 68hc05.I tried to sinchronize with imobilizer from A168 with same number 168 820 04 26 without sucess.
here is ecu data A 166 141 28 25 {08}
I tried to make ecu virgin with this procedure but no sucess:

Sorry for confusion , I was refunding to BRAM380. His inbox is full.

Did you try that file what BRAM380 made for you, VIN will not matter if ECU is unlocked?

I tested that file before,it is not working I have full set now I will read it and Iwill try to make clone to immo and ecu.Thanks to everyone who tried to help.Espetially to Bram who realy helped thank you
