Hello Dk

Customer lost keys, i read Ews 3 with 0d46j (hw 03 Sw 08) and made a key number 8

However the key wont start the car, car doesnt crank . after that i tried key 9 and 10...Same issue

When reading ews at last, i can see key number 8, 9,and 10 positions has been "used" in the dump

I am thinking maybe rolling code needs reset. Can anyone please look in the dump and reset it if rolling code is corrupted

Thanks in advance!!!

rolling reset, you have trouble with ews, solder good elmos procesor in ews, big atention with sync ecu-ews, is easy to lost

ok thanks a lot , elepantul and bearheroses, for reset dumps

Can i ask ?? Was there anything wrong in my dump previously?? is it possible to know if the rolling code has gone bad from my dump

I am asking in order to know if there is any other fault in car since i am not sure

Also Regarding sync with ews and dme, Is it required after writing these dumps in ews. i dont have any specialized tool to do the sync.

Please enlighten me!!!

If it doesn't crank the problem is the key...but rolling codes had been activated...so most possible is that the ews has problem...most common the elmos...try with the file and if it doesn't work write the file to another ews.

ok its simple , when u turn ignition the relay inside ews must make a click sound , if u hear it check wiring to starter .

the ews is working well because the code is rolling and it accept the key u made .
