Some of my channels just say scrambled, i have the latest firmware and latest channel list, i did a blind scan and found alternatives to some channels but not all. Can anyone advise please?

You do understand that other things are required before the channels are unscrambled. If you have the required files installed, then best advice I can give within the forum rules is to ensure your box is connected to the internet. If the internet is working on your box then contact your provider for assistance.

we have been using the box a while now, all of a sudden a handfull of channels just say scrambled. Ive asked my provider but when he checks he gets everything perfect so is just as stumped as me

Could be an internet problem, check to see if your box is connect ie see if YouTube works
If that's OK it could be a LNB voltage problem, long shot but might be worth a try, as they only cost about ?4, search ebay for a 'no signal fix'

Mine sometimes does it. I just unplug the box for 30secs and let it reboot again, that seems to sort it out.
Had it last channel update couldn't get a movie channel but turning off and on helped.

Sometimes a high wind and rain will move a dish/lnb just enough to fracture reception so it's worth a check.
A reboot often helps.
A reboot of the i-net also helps as modem has a mind of its own.
