500c help

hi got a dm 500c fromdvb monkey came with kaos image.problem is when i try to scan box freezes up about half way through.then remote control dosent communicte with box.if i unplug then power up right away power light on but no response.if left for about 15 min then power back up will work for about a min again then freezes up.tried to flash dw2.0 on but at the end get error resetting lock bits .

Hi not a easy problem to sort out if you are using network untick and try again use diffrent dreamup also try diffrent images there is a flash erase image in downloads flash that at least twice before you flash another image try these things

hi tried another dreamup still the same.cant seem to find flash errase in downloads cheers

got flash erase.but when i tried it ,got this message.found no valid jffs2 in image flash erase not supported.any ideas cheers
