Mecedes C230 W202 ECU

Hi ,
I have C230 with ME 2.1 ECU 0 26 206 572 , with bad ECU.
I know data is in HC 11e9.
Is it possible to clone data from one ECU to other with X-Proog or it is to be re new and adopted with MB star?
Like if I read original ECu and write that file to used ECu , is car going to start?

All you need to do in write file form HC11e9 .
I read original file, write in New ECu and car start and run.

I also read falsh and flash is same , so no immo data in Flash.
