And how to use them? Is op-com works with them?

EPC = Electronic parts catalog
TIS = technical information Service
Op-com = stand alone program for diagnose

ONLY the ORIGINAL Diagnostic tool equipment TECH-2 & CAN-Di.
This tool it's for Opel & Vauxhall car's brand...
