:joyous:Hi been using vag k+can commander 3.6 for dtc's the only problem its half in broken English and the rest in German but translated by a Chinese person to German so if I use Google translate it cannot as its not translated to German very well so gives you a load of crap.:blue:

does anyone use any software that works with this cable that's in English.
was going to pay out for a decent setup but off sick now and funds are tight.

software if anyone can change to English would be fantastic.

You have brought the wrong cable for reading faultcodes. It is only good for reading pincodes + mileage correction on ancient VAG cars.

Get yourself VCDS. (if things are really tight a clone cable with slightly older software costs about ?15)

Faultcodes still in ze deutsch SJ.

You could waste your life converting hex to decimal and writing faultcodes in english into the VAG.txt file

e.g. Faultcode 17645
17645 convert to hex = 44ED
Change: "44ED Einspritzventil Zyl.1-N30 Unterbrechung" to: "44ED Fuel Injector Cyl.1-N30 Open Circuit"

Hello,

What cable is this working with as I have version 2.5 and it works with Blue "VAG K+ CAN" cable.
Or VAG KKL+ bue adjustable cable but version 3.6 does not see them...
Any ideas?

Best Regards

Looks to me like it was stolen from the rosstech wiki.

Do you have permission to copy their work?
