HONDA MVCI IMMO RELEASE PASSWORD

I purchased the mvci software from codecardlt and now my immo function is locked . I have called the honda dealer for immo release passowrd for mvci but it never works. We always enter correct date and count # but It seems codecard has its own release password. Does anybody know what it is. I have tried contacting them but hey do not respond to my messages

hi guy , if u said immo function is locked can u post a picture of printscreen, too password to attempt is at what number ? 1? 2?
u need know for get password for unlock function too.post it here and we try to help you then.
