Virgin File Vivaro

Hello,

I need a virgin file for a Opel Vivaro 2.5CDTI EDC16C36.
Can Somebody help me.
During writing I got a error. After that I can't get any comunication with the ECU.
I read out Flash and EEPROM with BDM. Both where damaged and not complete anymore.
I found on the internet a BDM flash and EEPROM file.
Can somebody help me too make it a virgin file.
I'm stuggeling for two days now too get the car running again :-(.
