Not the Graphics Card

my xbox keeps on turning off and the screen keeps going off and coming up with weird lines and at first i thought it was the graphics card so i got that sorted and its still doin it so i think it is my scart lead because i have had this one for 3-4 years now so think ill buy another one might get an S-Video cable aswel not sure but what cheap scarts can i get??
and does anyone have any suggestions what it could be??

Think you could end up with the E-74 error soon mate.

This is normally what happens before hand.

i have bought a new scart lead for the xbox so hoping thats what it is i dont think it is crashing because i have took the bottom bit off which usually overheats and put a fan blowing on it so it is nice and cool

i got the scart turns out it wasnt the scart but hay i got a new scart (which i needed):)
i took my xbox apart cleaned it and everything and tryed it again but still crashes but not alot and i took the X-clamps off but didnt know what too do with them so just put them straight back on :D so not sure what i am doing next :)

haha looks like a bit of brute strngth does the trick too i got stressed with the xbox so i kicked it and it works fine now :D
