Ezs W220 215 545 06 08 flash needed

Hi, I have one mercedes W220 cdi with mcu1 4j74y damage, i need full flash for this mcu 4j74y, it's the mcu with keys info that i need because this ezs have 2 mcu 2j74y.
Ref is 215 545 06 08

hi all, here is the flash i have read, i have been kindly sent a flash file but it is too big, original is 63Kb the one i have been sent is 155Kb. if someone could have a look at it and tell me if it is good or not and possibly have a good flash file i would be grateful
