Just sharing Hybrid Battery faulty, cleaning the connectors for every cell solved the problem

Wonder how much they cost to replace. Can you replace individual cells?

Yea individual cells can be replaced but I don't think the dealer sell them separate. BIG FAT WARNING THOUGHT...DISCONNECT MAIN BATTERY PACK PLUG AND WEAR ELECTRICAL GLOVES WHEN WORKING WITH BATTERY PACK.

Main batterry = $7,000 up
Side cable with connector = $800
Side connector(Terminals) = $500

so I decide to test it by cleaning all battery connectors first and it solved the problem

they are covered by an 8 year extended warranty over her, thre are places that supply new aftermarket ones as well

problem might come back again, use techstream to check voltage of individual cell, weak cell should be replaced, otherwise it will not be balanced.

It is almost one week and faults in Hybrid system doesnt came back

The dealer also told that, and advice to replace the cables and terminals as its ages it become corroded and poor contacts
