PEUGEOT 307 hdi need PIN Lost keys ?

Hy, i have a PEUGEOT 307 with lost key transponder , now i need to make new with used, can someone help to geth pin from vin ?
vin is VF33CRHYB83249687

Read eeprom from engine ecu,that way will be faster.

The only eeprom toll wat i have is not to use, i can not conect digiprog to pc ,dont know why, it was on other pc ok and now on other not with(xp),i have ordered new xprog m,but need time to come here :) thats why i ask, when i was able read the eeprom i wuld make immo off, so now we order new key from dealer, thanks anyway for help ;)
