Hyundai GDS via GM MDI

Hello,

I'm just looking for some info if anyone messed around with any J2534 interface on the Hyundai Kia GDS a part of the original one.
At the moment there is a new after-market version out there which being sold just as a J2534 VCI but i do have an genuine MDI wondering if it can function??
Anyone tested the chinese original looking VCI? and the black one??
What works and what not?

i would like to trye it but i dont have the software but i got the mdi ,do you have acess to shoose your interface ?

I have checked it out and i don't think i can use MDI for this.
