You over read by one byte then the file causes your tool confused. Cut the last byte and try again! (157924)

can i write the dump without the last byte ?

It depends on how your programmer fools the dump usually no problem but be better to re-read and compare (if the BSI was refitted usually compare becomes difficulty!)
