Freelander 2'2 td4 dpf fault

Hope someone can help really having trouble
2011 freelander 2.2 td4
Fault code p2456-00 dpf pressure sensor erratic /intermittent
Came into me with a dpf off done on ecu
Also customer had changed dpf sensor
Car in limp until I clear fault code , drive car up road then goes into limp fault code reappears
The sensor has 5v and earth and o.5 v on idle
I have returned the ecu file to an original file now but fault still there
Any suggestions please

dpf filter removed from tube?
or just prog done?

Both done
removed dpf and soft wear and code delete :-(

pipes from pressure sensor split as clips to bulkhead ,need to remove to see ,if still in software dpf off
