Remapping and immo

Just a quick question

Is the data that is used for mapping held in the same file as the immo details? if so
how is it possible to take file from vehicle and replace without effecting rolling codes?

as you can guess new to this tuning area.....:)

Tuning tools read flash with appropriate maps in. Some cars (ie BMW ) do have the immo in the flash, so you would need to tune the original file
