how do you backup a f5s before you update the firmware ? thanx

Go to Menu > Settings > Dump to USB > Select the files you want then press Yellow. Easy done :)

make sure you dump the dump the image and the misc files!
when you update the firmware dont forget to ensure the DBS & settings syys "YES" as thats where the important bits are you will nwant to keep as a newbie like me!
