Hi all,
Here is Dyno test for R53 ,HW mods-cold intake,17%pulley and 380cmc injectors from R53 JCW.SW also moded.
Car run great, have tested ca with stock file, and mod file, big difference, but result on Dyno say something else.
I'm intrigued by AFR results.I guess it is possible to have a damaged throttle.
Test with 172HP is made with water cooled intercooler.
Test for 155HP is made in normal condition.
Car have stock 161HP(theoretical )but not tested on Dyno.,but tested from 0-60mph is under 7sec.(on specs is 6,7sec.).
Any feedback will be welcome.

afr not correct

never change the injectors for small changes as this, 17% is too small for have serious power, pulley min 20 or 22%, no iniectors change if afr is correct, complete exhaust 4-2-1 supersprint, intercooler, remaps = from 163-->220 hp approx....without exhaust the power increase is only 200-205 hp

Thanks for answer Carma, owner have made HW changes, without consulting me,and after larger injectors mounted car run rich with black smoke.I told him I can make a mod SW but with help of AFR Gauge and some tests, but is faraway from my garage and insisted to make mod sw.Car is made on 2003 and about pulley, I don't think over 19% is safe because at high RPM can destroy Supercharger bearings. As far as I'm concerned, I have doubts about Dyno results.
