TriCore MCU not possible to clone it.It has been discussed here many times. There is OTP area that can not be clone form MCU to MCU.
What you can do since you have TriCore with legs, disorder it and solder on new ECU. If data Ok car will start.

In this ecu OTP is not used. So it may be cloned. :)
This damages likely was made by short in B1S2 circuit - it goes closely to exhaust.

The connections for boot mode are (use left connector also may marked as A):
53,54 - GND
55,56 - +12V
16 - Ignition
44 - CAN-H
32 - CAN-L
for bootmode you must ground 87 pin of tricore (you can see fgtech manual for tricore - Suzuki VME17)

Is it not for Suzuki, Galletto 2 has picture with boot mode for UAZ. Page 111.

this pinout is correct, it is connector A, I've read both computers, now I'll se what should I do, perhaps immo off into flash (this part is not protected) of course, I'll report.
thx, rgds,

OK, I have make an immo off and new computer start the car successfuly..everything was fine for a couple hours :)
After that, the new one computer was burned almost same like old :) The GND line is burned. Seems, something is in short outside, but what??

@michpm, I can't find B1S2 circuit on the scheme I have, what is B1S2??' Close to exaust?? Lambda sensor..??

thx,

SOLVED!!!
OK...I have found the main reason of ECU burning, this is empty connector (there is not lambda connected) but it is under voltage :( this is drop down to the exaust :( and burned...so, this is reason of ecu's burning :(
Thanks to all friends, expecially to @michpm

great regards,
