missing tuner in tuner configuration

Hi all ,

I am seeking help from everyone and forum seniors too :

How do i fix or get this done for dreambox dm 800 se in Tuner A:[empty] ?

I got a missing tuner in tuner configuration.

I did read other forums some peoples say changing a new tuner might help,

by changing a new device will the same faulty missing tuner

will re-appeared again or wont which i really not that sure. I really need some advice or

can anyone or someone tell me the possible method to get it fixed

rather than buying a new component of tuner which i afraid problems will still occurring again.

Or available links which i can download the program or software or hardware get this fixed ?

Got any other methods or program or software which i can insert program

to insert to tuner A : [empty].. in tuner configurations?
